The Rickter Company is a market leader in the field of impact measurement and the assessment of soft outcomes and distance travelled related to employability. Its purpose is to support individuals and organisations increase self-awareness, explore possibility, build motivation, plan for change and monitor the journey towards their goals.
To this end we provide staff training and support services, alongside a range of quality products based on the unique Rickter Scale® Process originally developed in 1993. Since then over 18,000 Licensed Practitioners have been trained, and an estimated 1.5 million Rickter Scale® interviews have been undertaken with clients. As of January 2011 we have worked with over 4,000 customer organisations from all sectors, all with trained and licensed Rickter Scale® Practitioners.
All the products are in continuous development thanks to the feedback of practitioners and the diverse needs of those client groups for whom the Process itself is always adapted.
